Nigerian Agip Undergraduate Scholarship, which is fully funded by Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

The Nigerian Agip Undergraduate Scholarship

With a commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, on behalf of the NNPC/NAE PSC, is dedicated to advancing education and the development of individuals.

As a result, NAE is welcoming applications from eligible and interested Nigerian graduates for the 2022/2023 Post Graduate Scholarship Award Scheme.

The scholarship program consists of two categories:

2023 Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Scholarship for Nigerian Students encompasses:

1. Overseas: Intended for pursuing studies at a reputable university abroad.

2. Local: Designed for pursuing studies at a recognized university in Nigeria.

Eligible Courses for Agip Undergraduate Scholarship

Drawing from past scholarship programs, the ‘Host Community Merit Award’ extends eligibility to applicants pursuing an accredited course or field of study.

As for the ‘National Merit Award,’ only applicants enrolled in Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, and Agricultural Sciences programs are eligible to apply.

At the time of this publication, the scholarship providers have not specified the duration of sponsorship for the selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Agip Scholarship

In order to be eligible for evaluation, applicants MUST meet the following criteria:

1. Must be enrolled as full-time undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions.

2. Must be certified as 100 level students at the time of application (Only students admitted during the 2017/2018 academic session).

NOTE: The following groups of students are not eligible to apply:

3. Students in their second year and beyond.

4. Current recipients of similar awards from other companies and agencies.

5. Dependents of NAOC/NAE/AENR/NACPFA.

Application Requirements

During the application process, applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. Recent passport photograph with a white background, taken within the last three months (dimensions: 450px by 450px, file size: not exceeding 200kb).

2. School identification card.

3. Letter of admission.

4. Birth certificate.

5. Evidence of the applicant’s local government area of origin.

6. JAMB result.
