NEET 2023 Syllabus comprises physics, chemistry and Biology subjects. The exam will be organized on 3rd May 2021.

NEET 2021 Syllabus

This examination is required for enrollment in the MBBS and BDS programs provided by several Indian colleges. We have covered every detail about the NEET Syllabus 2021 in this article.

NEET Syllabus 2023

The Medical Council of India has established the NEET 2023 Syllabus. The curriculum is based on the courses, chapters, and topics from classes 11 and 12.

There are four divisions on the syllabus: physics, chemistry, zoology, and botany.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council Board of School Education (COBSE), National Council of Education Research and Training, and several state curricula are reviewed in the preparation of the NEET syllabus (NCERT).

The following is the NEET-UG syllabus for 2021 (based on last year’s trends):

Physics

Class XI: Physical World and Measurement, Concept of Potential Energy, Nature of Physical Laws, Kinematics, Speed, Velocity, Work, Energy and Power, Laws of Motion, Static & Kinetic Friction, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Kepler’s Law of Planetary Motion, The Universal Law of Gravitation, Thermodynamics, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Properties of Bulk Matter.

Class XII: Subjects covered include electrostatics, electric charges and their conservation, electric dipole, magnetic effects of current and magnetism, carbon resistors, Kirchhoff’s laws and simple applications, electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, an AC generator and transformer, the concept of a magnetic field, permanent magnets, current electricity, electromagnetic waves, the electromagnetic spectrum, the dual nature of matter and radiation, optics, optical devices, wave optics, atoms and nuclei, and more.

Chemistry

Class XI: Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Ionic Bond, Covalent Bond, States of Matter: Gases and Liquids, Thermodynamics, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, Electronagitivity, Equilibrium, Equilibrium in Physical & Chemical Processes, Redox Reactions, and Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry Physical and chemical characteristics of water, s-block elements (alkali and alkaline earth metals), some p-block elements, hydrocarbons, and environmental chemistry are among the topics covered in this article.

Class XII: Topics include the following: the solid state, band theory of metals, solutions, elevation of boiling point, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, surface chemistry, general principles and procedures for isolating elements, electrochemistry, p-block elements, d and f block elements, haloalkanes and haloarenes, alcohols, the physical and chemical characteristics of primary alcohol, phenols and ethers, coordination compounds, aldehydes, keto

Biology

Class XI: The Variety of the Living World, the Three Domains of Life, Cell Theory, Plant and Animal Cells, Tissues, Morphology & Modifications, Plant Physiology, Transport in Plants, Photosynthesis, and Human Physiology.

Class XII: Biology and Human Welfare, Genetics and Evolution, Heredity & Varieties,  Reproduction, Reproduction in Organisms, Biotechnology and Its Uses, Principle & Process of Biotechnology, Ecology and Environment, Organism & Environment, and Discussion on Biodiversity.

NEET 2021 Exam Pattern

Below is the specific NEET 2021 test pattern:

Exam Mode: we will use Offline testing for the NEET.

Courses: This exam is given to those who wish to get admitted to the MBBS and BDS programs.

There will be 180 objective-type questions in the NEET exam schedule, hence the answer is no.

The three-hour admission exam will last for its whole duration.

Applicants will receive 4 marks for each correctly answered question.

Negative Marking: For wrong answers, one mark will be subtracted.
