Bispebjerg Hospital

Bispebjerg Hospital is a hospital that is affiliated to the University of Copenhagen’s Faculty of Health Sciences, with several other hospitals and it is situated in the Capital Region of Denmark.

It is a teaching hospital for the University of Copenhagen’s medical students. With a focus on many and various specialties, the hospital deals with complex patient cases and various groups of patients. Aside from being a teaching hospital, Bispebjerg Hospital also doubles as a community hospital for residents of Copenhagen.

It was established in 1913 and has grown to have a workforce of about 3,000 employees. Amager Hospital is situated on the Island of Amager right in Copenhagen, Denmark. The hospital was established on the 1st of April, 1997 when it was merged with the now-defunct Skt. Elisabeth Hospital and Sundby Hospital. Amager Hospital is managed by Region Hovedstaden.

Rigshospitalet Glostrup

Rigshospitalet Glostrup is a hospital located in Glostrup, Copenhagen in Denmark. It is a government-funded hospital by the regional government and it doubles as a teaching hospital assigned for students of different health professions and it is affiliated to the University of Copenhagen.

Gentofte Hospital is affiliated to Copenhagen University and located within the district if Gentofte, Copenhagen and caters for the municipalities if Gentofte, Lyngby-Taarbaek, and Rudersal, of which have a total population of about 175,000 residents.

The hospital has two big medical departments which offer gastroenterology, endocrinology, rheumatology, stroke rehabilitation, and geriatric medicine services.
