1. Sokoto state

Adamawa state has a poverty level of 74.2% as a result of its citizens fleeing the state for safety reasons due to the recurrent attacks from Boko Haram terrorists.

10. Zamfara

Zamfara State located in the North-Western part of Nigeria has a poverty level of 70.8. The residents are affected a lot by hunger, disease and conflict.
