Test-Taking Strategies
writing a Psat Test need strategies and some of them are;
1. You should always focus on the Question first, make sure you understand every sentence in the question, and remember, for each answer, you receive one point no matter how hard or easy the question is, and beware of careless errors on the question you know how to answer
2. Also, work on time. Don’t waste time on just one question, answer the one you know and leave the ones you don’t know. You can always come back to answer them.
3. Ensure to mark your answer in the right roll. Marking in the wrong roll will make you lose marks and which will subsequently mean failure
How to Use Updated PSAT Practice Tests for PSAT Prep
The College Board’s official practice tests are the best representation of what you’ll see when you take the PSAT. Before taking them, review the content and format of the PSAT so you have a sense of what skills to focus on and develop.
When you actually take the practice tests, be sure to simulate testing conditions by timing yourself and making sure you’re familiar with the test format and instructions.
Like with the SAT, there’s no score penalty for wrong answers, so make your best guess on every question.
