The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) is structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative driven by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs (OSAPYSA).
The program is targeted at providing solutions to the challenges of youth unemployment through the execution of direct empowerment initiatives.

How to Apply
1. Fill an application form online or get an application form from the YEN office. Application is FREE
2. Two (2) recent passport photograph of the applicant
3. Photocopy of National Identity
4. Photocopy of a utility bill
5. All original copies must be tendered for verification
6. Two (2) guarantors: fill guarantor form and two passport photographs of guarantors (for LOANS only, not applicable to GRANTS)
7. Summit a business summary or a proposal of not over three pages to YEN office or e-mail to [email protected]
Applicants will be evaluated based on the applicant’s business summary or proposal submitted.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Ensure your application form is completely filled otherwise your application will not be attended to
• Double entry of application form will lead to automatic disqualification
• The application will be processed within ten (10) working days of receiving your proposal.
• An appointment date will be communicated to the successful applicant for proposal defending.
• Successful applicants will receive a cash loan/grant within ten (10) working days after appointment.

About Micro Business Loan Scheme
Micro Business Loan Scheme provides loans with no collateral to young businessmen and women. We partnering with Microfinance banks and MSME Agencies in Nigeria to offer loans to prospective individuals.
Loans Categories

Facility range: N10, 000 (minimum) to N300, 000 (maximum)

1. Applicants must be between the ages of 21 – 45 years
2. Must be an entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur
3. Must own a business or a business Initiative
4. Also, Must have a valid BVN
5. Must have a bank account with GTBank
6. Must have a valid Identification card (Voters card, National ID card, Driver’s license, International passport)
7. Also, Must provide two guarantors
8. Must have a verifiable residential address (Business location is optional)
9. Must reside in Nigeria

11. Duly completed application form
12. Current utility bill
13. 4 recent passport-size photographs
