Upcoming Events in Las Vegas 2019… The year is rapidly rounding up and I bet you know this period is piled up with lots of event, especially in place like Las Vegas where the people love celebrating.  So if you want to visit Las Vegas this period or you’re already in Vegas, am assuring you that every single moment will be worth the stay.

Las Vegas Upcoming Events in Las Vegas 2018 - 2019

December 14 – 16 – Springs Preserve Holiday Express

You will be driven away on a magical train ride to Santa’s village. You’ll have personal time with Santa, holiday crafts, storytelling, cookie decorating, a nutcracker display, and SNOW! The train lives 14 times each day, every half-hour from 11:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. The experience is roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes. (There will NOT be a professional photographer at Santa’s village, so you are advised to bring your own camera or smartphone.) Fee is $10.00 for members and $12.00 for non-members and the event runs from 11:00 A.M. – 7:15 P.M. You are advised to purchase your tickets in advance to safeguard admission due to fewer spaces for each departure time. Tickets to the Holiday Express do NOT give you entrance into the Museum or Galleries. You must buy a General Admission ticket for that.

December 15 – A Drag Queen Christmas

This Event comes to The House of Blues (Mandalay Bay) at 7:00 P.M. Tickets are $38.00/$53.00+

December 17 – Mondays Dark with Mark Shunock

This event will be hosted at Hard Rock’s The Combined and celebrating its 5th anniversary. Appreciate an eclectic cast of guests including Hollywood actors, musical acts, athletes and superstar chefs for 90 minutes of chat and entertainment. Mondays Dark has a mission: earns 10K in 90 minutes with every money staying in the Las Vegas area benefiting the local charities.

Tickets prices are not disclose yet, but typically are in the $20.00 – $50.00 range. Go to their calendar page to see which charity they’re supporting and buy a ticket. Doors open at 7:00 P.M. with the show starting at 8:00 P.M

December 20 – The Golden Knights

This event happen on the New York Islanders at 7:00 P.M. at T-Mobile Arena.

December 22 – 23 – The Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational

This event is for college basketball returns to the Orleans Arena starting at 12:00 P.M. both days. This time’s field includes: North Carolina, Michigan State, Texas and UCLA (site the site for a final listing). Ticket are only sold as a 2-Day package only are $116.51/162.38

December 29 – DRUMLine Live Holiday Spectacular

Happen at The Smith Center’s Reynolds Hall at 2:00 P.M. & 7:00 P.M. Tickets are $29.00 – $69.00. Making its expected return to The Smith Center, “DRUMLine Live” showcases dazzling vocalists, high-octane musicians and energetic choreography all centered on the marching band tradition of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

December 31 – New Year’s Eve

Festival like you’ll never have again in your life. In 2013’s NEY party there were more than 80,000 fireworks, set off from 7 roof-top firing locations (Aria, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood, Stratosphere, TI, and the Venetian), lasting over 8 minutes. You have to be in Las Vegas at least once in your life for New Year’s Eve.

January 1 – 2

Have you been Away from home for the holidays? Then get by Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (I-15 N, Exit 54, Turn Right, 1/2 miles Turn Right). Appreciate the 2.5 MILES of Christmas lights and displays that over 1 million people have seen the displays in the 13 years they’ve been in operation. Fee is only $20/vehicle (Monday – Thursday) and $30/vehicle (Friday – Sunday, Holidays and December 19 – January 2). Also available this year is a season pass for $75.00.

Special discounts available, but you’ll need to check their calendar for obtainability. They will have a Santa Tram driven by Silver State School Credit Union available for $20.00 – $25.00 per person. The hours of operation are Sunday – Thursday 5:30 P.M.- 9:00 P.M. and Friday – Saturday from 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.

January 1 – 6 – The Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan

This place will be changed into an ice skating rink again. You’ll enjoy the brisk temperatures, fire pits, s’mores, warm cocktails, and ice skating with family and friends. Recurring this year is the adding of Snow Days featuring snow showers every 30 minutes at the rink during choice times of the season. Tickets are $20.00 for All Day Access, $10.00 All Day Access for Local Residents or Hotel Guests (Monday – Thursday), $10.00 Skating Aid Rental Fee.

Take Note: Children 17 years old and younger must be escorted by an adult that is 21 years or older. The Rink is open Monday – Thursday from 3:00 P.M. to Midnight, Friday – Sunday from 12:00 P.M. to Midnight. Holiday Hours are December 22 – January 10 with hours from 12:00 P.M. to Midnight.

Elvis was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and today would’ve been his 84th birthday. Why make out  day celebrating the man that is identical with our favorite city! Go to Harrah’s and catch a performance of Big Elvis (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 2:00 P.M., 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. in the Lounge).
