Requirements for Kwara State Scholarship Scheme

1. Indigeneship Requirement: You should be a resident of Kwara State.
2. Institution Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled as a student in an accredited institution.
3. Academic Performance: It is essential to have a commendable academic record with good grades.

4. Minimum CGPA: For students in higher institutions such as universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education, a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 is expected.
5. Screening Process: Qualified candidates will undergo a thorough screening process to verify their credentials.
6. First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC): You will be required to present your FSLC as part of the application process.
7. Certificate of Origin: You need to provide a Certificate of Origin to establish your indigenous status.
8. Statement of Result: For university, polytechnic, college, or school of nursing students, it is mandatory to submit a Statement of Result that includes your CGPA.

2. Obtain and provide the Local Government Citizenship Certificate.
3. Include a recent passport photograph.
4. Ensure that your previous academic session’s results are properly stamped and signed by the relevant authority.
5. Submit your Admission Letter as proof of enrollment.
6. Attach a valid Institutional Identification (I.D.) Card from your educational institution.
7. Provide evidence of payment for NAKSS National dues.
