AP EAMCET 2020 Counseling will begin from the last week of June 2020. It will be consisted of certificate verification, option exercise, allotment, etc. Through this article, candidates can check detailed information regarding AP EAMCET Counseling 2020.
AP EAMCET 2020 Counselling
The AP EAMCET counseling process will be managed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. It will organize separate counseling for MPC & BiPC streams.
The BiPC stream counseling will be conducted for admission to the Pharmacy, Pharm.D & Bio-Technology courses. Candidates will be called for the document verification round as per their rank.
After completing the certificate verification process, candidates will be eligible to fill the choices as per their preferences. Candidates have to pay the counseling fee before the certificate verification process.
The counseling fee will be Rs. 1200 (For OC/BC) & Rs. 600 (For SC/ST). Candidates have to pay the fee through online mode from the official website. The fee will be paid only through online mode (credit card or debit card or through net banking) before the last date.
In the counseling process, candidates will require filling the choices of colleges where they are seeking admission.
Candidates can also change their options any number of times during the given period. After the allotted time for the option entry, if any candidate does not satisfy with the options exercised, they will modify the option on the given date. This will be the final opportunity for exercising options.
AP EAMCET 2020 Cut Off will be announced by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. Candidates will check cut off through online mode on the website.

AP EAMCET 2020 Counselling Procedure
Candidates should check the complete details about the AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure:
Registration (At Help Line Centre):
Candidates should report at any one of the Help Line Centers according to the schedule. Candidates have to handover the rank card to the officer.
After that, candidates have to submit receipts of registration cum counseling fees. Candidates have to sign in the registration form to collect registration-cum-verification-form.
Certificate verification (At Help Line Centre):
After registration, candidates have to give their all certificate & registration-cum-verification-form to the verification officer.
Candidates have to verify the details printed on receipt of certificates & affix the signature & collect the same from the chief verification officer.
After document verification, candidates have to collect the manual option form, college code & course code sheet & leave the hall. Based on codes, candidates have to fill colleges/courses option in the manual option form.
After completion of the document verification process, candidates have to fill choices of courses/colleges as per their preferences. This process will be organized through online mode.

- Click on the “Candidate Registration” link.
- Fill your “Registration Number”, “Hall Ticket Number”, “Rank” & “Date of Birth”.
- Now, click on “Generate Password”.
- Fill a password of 8 characters length with at least one numeric.
- After that, fill your “Login ID Number”, “Hall Ticket”, “Password” & “Date of Birth” in the candidate’s login.
- Read all the instructions & click on “Check Box & Option Entry”.
- Fill your options.
- Don’t forget to lock filled choices.
- Save the options & take a print copy of it for further use.
Allotment of Seats:
After filling choices, the seat will be allotted to the candidates. The seat will be allotted to the candidates based on options exercised, merit, category, local area, gender, etc.
Candidates have to download their allotment orders through a candidate’s login.
After allotment, candidates have to report to the allotted center for complete admission formalities. Candidates have to report through the Self-reporting system & report at the allotted college also.
These two stages will be compulsory & mere reporting through self-reporting or reporting at the college is alone not sufficient to get a seat.
If candidates fail to report through self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college in a given time, the candidate’s seat will be canceled & candidates will have no claim for further allotment of seats.
AP EAMCET Admission Procedure
The admission process will be the last stage of each exam. After the successful completion of the AP EAMCET Counselling 2020, candidates have to report at the allotted college.
Candidates must carry the allotment letter & all the original documents for verification & admission.
In case, the candidate will not report at the allotted college in a given period, the seat will be given to another candidate.
Documents Required at Admission
Candidates will be required to bring the original documents with 2 sets of photocopies at the time of certificate verification & admission. Here we have listed the required documents:

- Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
- 10th class mark sheet and passing certificate

- Transfer Certificate
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate (if belong to any reserved category)
- PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
- Aadhaar card
- Residence certificate of either of parents
- Receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centers after Verification.
