Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level examination conducted for admission to undergraduate & postgraduate courses in the field of law. Through this exam, candidates will get admission into the 19 National Law Universities (NLUs) across the country.

CLAT Answer Key 2021

Candidates can check their answer keys only through online mode. The University will declare the provisional answer key in June 2021. It will be made available in PDF format. Students will also be able to make objections against the provisional answer key from June 2021 by logging in to the website and clicking on the button provided for provisional answer key objections.

The Final Answer Key will be released in June 2021. CLAT 2021 Answer Key contains correct answers to all the questions which were asked in the examination.

With the use of the answer key, candidates get a rough estimate about how much they would be scored in the examination.

The answer key will be comprised of the following details such as:

• Participant ID
• Participant Name
• Test Center Name
• Test Date
• Test Time
• Subject
• Marks Obtained

CLAT Provisional Answer Key 2021:

Candidates will be able to check the provisional answer key from June 2021. The preliminary answer key helps candidates to know the expected number of correct & incorrect answers.

It also helps the candidates in filing objections against the wrong question (if any) & get them rectified before the announcement of the result.

CLAT Final Answer Key 2021:

The final & amended answer key will be released by the examination committee from June 2021. It will be published after the completion of the answer key objection process.

It helps the candidates to know the final answers to the CLAT questions. With the help of the final answer key, candidates can know their rough marks in the examination.

CLAT Counselling 2021 will get started in June 2021. It will be conducted for admission to UG and PG law degree programs. The admission will be provided through centralized counseling. The counseling process will take place in four rounds.

How to Calculate Scores using CLAT 2021 Answer Key

With the help of the answer key & marking scheme, candidates can determine their expected scores. The question paper will be of 200 marks (For the UG course) & 150 marks (For the PG course). There will be negative marking for objective-type questions. 0.25 marks will get deducted for each incorrect answer. Check below for the marking scheme:

CLAT Scores = (Total numbers of Correct options x 1) – (Total number of incorrect responses x 0.25)

How to Make Objection

Candidates may have objections if they find any question(s) wrong or there any discrepancies in the question paper. Candidates will be able to file objections from June 2021 against the incorrect questions or their answer options with an online representation system.
