Common-Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam. CLAT will be held for admissions into various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the field of law.

CLAT 2021 exam will be organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The CLAT scorecard will be accepted by the various private & public law colleges in India.

CLAT 2021 Exam Schedule

CLAT 2021 application form LAT 2021 application form has been released from 1st January 2021. The application form has been made available through online mode only. Candidates can fill the application form by 15th May 2021.

CLAT 2021 admit card will get released from the third week of April 2021 through online mode. CLAT Exam will be held on 15th May 2021.

CLAT 2021 result will get released after a few days of examination. Its merit list will also be released along with the result in the first week of July  2021. The CLAT 2021 cut-off will be released after the declaration of the result.

Based on the merit list, candidates will be called for the counseling process. CLAT 2021 counseling process will be started from the first week of June 2021. It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to appear in the counseling session.

• The application form has been released from 1st January 2021.
• The last date for registration is till 15th May 2021.
• Applicants can submit the application form via online mode.
• At the time of registration, candidates must provide a valid/ working email ID & phone number in the application form.
• Also, it is mandatory for candidates to upload scanned images of passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format and size.
• The CLAT Application correction facility will be also provided for a limited time period to make necessary changes in the application details.
• At last, candidates are advised to also take a printout of the filled-in application form for further use.

CLAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Here aspirants must check details regarding the CLAT 2021 Eligibility criteria:

For UG Courses:

• • Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th examination with any recognized board or university to be eligible.
  • Percentage: General/ OBC category candidates must score 45% marks in the qualifying exam & 40% marks for SC/ ST category candidates to be eligible.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible for the examination. In this case, candidates also have to prove evidence of their passing the qualifying examination.

  PG Law Programme:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have qualified LLB or any other qualifying examination to be eligible for the examination.
  • Percentage: General category candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks, 45% for reserved category candidates to be eligible for the examination.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible for the examination. In this case, candidates will also have to prove evidence of their passing the qualifying examination.
