WAEC May/June Examination New Registration Closing Date 2020/2021.

West African Examination Council May/June Examination New Registration Closing Date: The West African Examination Council, WAEC extends WASSCE May/June registration deadline for School Candidates – fix new dates.

The West African Examinations Council is West Africa’s foremost examining board established by law to determine the examinations required in the public interest in the English-speaking West African countries, to conduct the examinations and to award certificates comparable to those of equivalent examining authorities internationally.

The Organization’s mission is to remain Africa’s foremost examining body, providing qualitative and reliable educational assessment, encouraging academic and moral excellence and promoting sustainable human resource development and international co-operation.

According to the West African Examination Council Head Of National Department Mr. Olutise Isaac Adenipekun he said that the reason of the extension was to create room for school and students yet to register and submit their details to do so before the new deadline date.

The WAEC New Registration Closing Dates will be announced subsequently.

He urged all schools to be as fast they could be with the registration exercise as there might be no room for further extension.

Candidates are also warned that this examination is strictly for Senior Secondary School Students as no schools are allowed to register external candidates.
