Answer: I know that your pharmacy is known for excellent customer service and has a wide range of health services, which interests me.

3. Why Do You Want to Work Here?

Answer: I want to work here because I’ve heard great things about your customer care and the team environment. I believe I can learn a lot and contribute positively.

4. Why Did You Leave Your Last Job as a Pharmacy Technician?

Answer: I left my last job because I was looking for a place where I could grow more, learn new things, and face new challenges.

5. What Part of Your Job Do You Enjoy the Most?

Answer: I enjoy my job enormously since I have always wanted to be a part of the healthcare industry and have been interested in the wonders these medicines can do.

Answer: I would clarify the reason for the delay in a calm manner, provide a precise time frame when it will be completed, and express my apologies for the inconvenience.

13. How Will You Handle the Situation if You Have a Suspicion That Someone Does Not Stick to the Prescribed Drug Treatment?

Answer: I would try to be as delicate as possible and propose that they talk with the pharmacist about their medication review or how to use the drugs correctly so that they can be safe.

Answer: I try to read pharmacy journals, attend training sessions, and occasionally take part in online forums to keep up to date.

15. What is the Process of Assuring That a Drug Would Not Interact With the Other Medicine a Customer is Taking?

Answer: I always look up the customer’s medication history as well as the pharmacy system for any possible interactions. I consult my pharmacist if any doubts arise.
