4. What Are Your Career Goals?

Your interviewers want to see if you have a plan. So this question allows you to talk about what you want to do after college and how the scholarship will help you achieve your goals.

5. Who is Your Role Model?

Answer: Consider this question before answering because the people you admire, say a lot about you. Whoever it may be, remember to point out his/her flaws and how they inspire you to inspire those flaws.

6. What Mistakes Have You Made?

Answer: Your interviewers know no human is perfect, they just want to know that you are self-aware of your flaws and what lessons you have learned from them.

7. Why Did You Choose This School?

Answer: It should be easy to answer this question.

You could say it’s because of the program offered, a family member attended the school or it has been your dream school. Still, all they are interested in knowing is how passionate you are about the school and how committed you will be to earning a degree from the school.

8. What Activities Are You Involved in?

Answer: This question allows you to showcase how you will work with others, show you have a good work ethic, and how involved you are in a group.

Talk about the groups you have made contributions to and be sure to highlight the activities relating to the scholarship.

9. What Personal Achievement Are You Proud of?

Answer: Talk about something personal you struggled with. It could be when you got promoted in class or when you had A on a paper, you failed for years, or any other achievement.

10. Is There Anything Else You Want to Add?

Answer: This question might sound unserious, but you need to take it seriously. It allows you to talk about what the interviewer didn’t ask or something you didn’t understand.
