Our client, a leading provider of industrial solutions, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR and Communication Specialist
Job Reference: 1337
Function: Commercial & Communication
The main responsibility of this candidate would be as follows:
- Be the contact for all divisional communications
- Implement sales campaigns
- Participate in project management for fairs and other events
- Participate in HR cross-business initiatives to maximize organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all relevant sustainability goals including high quality reporting and continuous improvements.
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive business strategy and change management
- Manage internal communication with the employees and internal company flyer/magazine
- Develop digital tools through agencies and use of social media to reach customers
- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Employer Branding, People Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership & Employee Development, Compensation Planning etc.
- University degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences
- HR professional with at least 5 years working experience in an international organisation
- Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Team player – ability to work with and through others
- Employee relations knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage diverse teams
- Ability to interact across various levels in the organization
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
- Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations
- Good understanding of regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
