Job Description Summary

  1. The sourcing specialist MEDIA supports sourcing initiatives for TCCC as part of the Global Marketing Procurement Organisation. The role works closely with the marketing and finance organisations
  2. The role is designed to ensure all the day-to-day activities and pre-work on main contracts are well managed, ensure negotiations are well prepared and structured and supplier performance is delivering upon marketing needs.
  3. They may own responsibility for some smaller contracts and ensures that capability managers are well supported.

Responsibilities

  1. The Technical Operator reports to the Shift Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring shift/line production plan execution by optimizing performance.

  9. Maintains sufficient lubrication to the machine according to the standard lubrication program and identified lubrication points using approved lubricates. Tighten bolts and Nuts and replace worn/broken ones based on a daily checklist.

  11. Records basic production data ensuring accuracy and timely correlation, following the standard reporting templates for the respective areas.
  12. Ensures delivery of area relevant KBI’s (Yields, Material Wastage, Machine Performance, GMP) in the work area.
  13. Makes certain that shift reports for own area of responsibility are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements.

Requirements

  1. Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience on high-speed production equipment.
  3. Prior high-speed production machine maintenance or operating experience, especially on Bottling machines will be an advantage.

  1. The main responsibility is to monitor and implement security strategies and systems employed in protecting the company’s assets (lives and properties) to create a conducive atmosphere for business profitability.

  5. Provide training to the 3PL SSP Contract Manager and his team, all employees, contractors, and visitors in his area of responsibility.
  6. Develop curriculum and provide training to department members in physical security and investigation lead policing strategies.
  7. Perform daily operational security duties at the NBC locations within the region to ensure business continuity.

What You Need to be Successful
Education / Knowledge / Experience:

  1. Degree in Security / Intelligence / Investigation Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years experience with the last three (3) in a senior/executive risk/security/resilience role.
  3. FMCG experience may be an added advantage.
  4. Relevant certification insecurity may be also an advantage.
