1. Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Managers are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, firing and the profit and loss. Main responsibilities would be the management of product, service and image of the restaurant.
  • In Domino’s, the store manager has ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations and will always be working towards and exceeding performance targets.
  • This role also represents a significant opportunity to entrepreneurial applicants, there is strong potential for career progression within the company and applicants will be required to show a desire to fulfill these ambitions.

4. Job Title: Call Centre Manager (CCM)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Report to: The Marketing Director

Purpose / Role

  • The CallCentreManager (CCM) is responsible for the daily running and management of the callcentrethrough the effective use of resources.
  • He has the responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. CCM’s ensure that calls are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.

5. Job Title: Senior Maintenance Supervisor (Plant & Machinery)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Purpose / Role

  • Under direction, supervises, assigns, reviews and participates in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of production plants, water treatment plant, machinery and related facilities; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

  • Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff; provide or coordinate staff training; Work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation and administration of the plant maintenance program budget; Submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
  • Overhauls equipment as needed; recommends replacement of equipment that is no longer effectively repairable.
  • Modifies existing or installs new equipment in accordance with specifications provided; supervises skilled mechanics as necessitated by the job.

6. Job Title: Inventory Accountant

  • Prepare stock journal and post to ERP upon obtaining the stock count report from the Internal Audit.
  • Developing of Inventory report in a timely manner for management use

  • Perform margin analysis by SKU, category and by branch
  • Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports so as to find the possible flaws in inventory storage, transportation, costing etc.
  • Monitor all the transactions related to inventory and stay updated about the inventory which has been used or the items that have be stocked up for future use.
  • Analyze the overhead costs and variable costs of the company so as to ensure smooth accountancy.
  • Check whether or not the reports made related to the inventory count is correct or not so that any kind of fraud can be avoided and timely action can be taken against the one who has deliberately made a fraud report.

  • Prompt intimation about shortage of Materials, materials returned or rejections made, must be communicated so that Debit Notes can be raised on suppliers.
  • To supervise and participate in monthly physical verification of Stocks for successful inventory management.
  • To correctly report Bad and Damaged materials.
  • To Correctly report expired and obsolete stock.
  • Review best practices that can support continuous process improvements

Prime Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reviews invoices with quantities received as per Goods Received note and prices approved as per Purchase order.
  • Posting of Purchase invoices in ERP based on GRN & Purchase Order on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that Warehouse, Project, Location and Company dimensions are correctly posted in SAP while posting invoices.
  • Ensure that Purchase orders and contracts are approved in accordance with the Authority Matrix to help ensure effective internal financial control.
  • Follow up for original invoices to eliminate the risk of overpayment.
  • Any anomalies/discrepancies in invoices to be highlighted immediately to Accounts Manager/Head of Finance/ Commissary Manager / Procurement as relevant.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Tax Laws such as Zero VAT on drinks / Zero VAT on Basic Food Items etc.
  • Reconciliation of major vendor accounts like NBC / CHi / Multipro etc.
  • To follow up with Purchase department for GRN’s, invoices and Packing materials.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Manager for Diesel invoices, Generator maintenance invoice and Electricity Bills.
  • To monitor weighted average price of materials in ERP.
  • Preparation of Landed costs for imported items.
  • To arrange monthly physical verification of stock items at various locations.
  • To liaise with commissary staff to resolve stock issues.
  • To replace Accounts Officer during his vacation.
