We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (ISP)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • To strategize the increase in sales revenues, building clients profile across all region and maintain customer relationships within an assigned region area.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Supervise sales teams, channel sales partners, corporate sales, territory sales managers
  • Recruit sales teams for territories
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualificaion: B.Sc/BA in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • Proven experience in telecom/ISP
  • Minimum of 7 years in a managerial position
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude.

2. Job Title: General Manager – Engineering

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Coordinate resources, money, time and staff members for organisation efficiency.
  • Seamlessly organise and direct key business operations
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
  • Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of the company branches from across the country
  • Develop and communicate goals standard and policies of the organisation to staff members
  • Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales, technical, financial and administrative performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work environment, daily task and promote team work.
  • Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
  • Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.

Qualifications

  • A graduate with strong technical knowledge in Engineering and Management; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related courses is compulsory.
  • Professional Membership of an Engineering / Management institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years working experience from an engineering sector, of which 5years shall be in supervisory / leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of sales and procurement modalities.

3. Job Title: Account Executive (Abuja)

Location: Abuja

Position Summary

  • The Accounts Executive’s primary role is to assist the CFO in the administration of financial accounts.
  • Good management decisions rely heavily on accurate and timely presentation of financial information. As such the overall financial health of the organization is supported from this area through the delivery of effective accounts department services.
  • The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Supervise all financial reports and day to day data capturing activities.
  • Well versed in Reconciliations:
    • Bank
    • Stock
    • Debtors & Creditors
    • Collections
    • Statutory liabilities
  • Inter-branch & Inter-company Expense & Income analysis:
    • Prepare expenses and Income schedules
    • Analyze trend and variances
  • Assist in month-end and year-end activities:
    • Analyzing General ledgers
    • Preparing financial statement and schedules thereof
    • Internal and external audits
    • Working knowledge up to Balance sheet
    • Compliance Activities
  • Other tasks where required

Desired Attributes

  • Candidate must have Sound accounting fundamentals
  • Candidate must be resident in Abuja
  • Criteria: (Must be ICAN Chartered): B.Sc graduate in Accounting with 5 years of experience
  • Age Limit: Less than 35 years.

4. Job Title: Head Teacher

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • An experienced candidate with good qualifications, capabilities and knowledgeable about MOE education/curriculum requirements.
  • Ideal candidate for the post of nursery and primary school should preferably come with experience in similar position in any government or private school.
  • The candidate should be a graduate in any relevant discipline. A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certificate though not mandatory will certainly be an advantage. The candidate can be of any gender, preferably in the age bracket of 30-35 years upwards.
  • The candidate must have thorough knowledge of LSG Curriculum under unified scheme and must be well versed with all education and curriculum requirements of the Lagos State Ministry of Education and as well experienced in guiding in the preparation of Lesson Plan.
  • Among various skills and capabilities required are ability to help teachers deliver concept based explanations of subjects and set question papers accordingly
  • Should be able to ensure and monitor that HW and CW are marked by teachers regularly. Should have a mindset for excellence and aim for 100% pass results.
