1. Job Title: Scrum Master Mentoring Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes. This involves coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables and make sure that project is working smoothly and the deadlines are been met.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
  • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
  • Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
  • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
  • Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
  • Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
  • Acts as safeguard for his team.

Qualification and Skills

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Tech or software experience
  • Product management experience is a plus
  • Experience working with programmers of across functional development team

Job Overview

  • As a Senior Software Developer, you will primarily work as a Lead Developer, Senior Developers, writing of complex applications, application lifecycles, databases and services.
  • The senior developer will guide and act as a mentor to junior developers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered is in accordance with the technical standards of your client.
  • Provide mapping requirements and software solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations.

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meet ups to network with IT professionals
