Akwa Ibom State is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students into the Akwa Ibom State Government Scholarship Scheme for students. It is a fully-funded scholarship for all students.

Eligibility and Requirement

To qualify for the 2022 Akwa Ibom State government Scholarship Award Scheme, applicants must possess;

1. Be Akwa Ibom State indigene

2. FSLC

3. WAEC/NECO degree

4. For undergraduate students, the applicant must be a full-time (100 LEVEL) degree student of the under-listed courses in Akwa Ibom State (University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State University, Obong University, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Uyo City Polytechnic, Apex Polytechnic, Heritage Polytechnic, Akwa Ibom State College of Education, College of Arts & Sciences, Ritman University, Sure Polytechnic).
