Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship 2023 Application Update
Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship, which is fully funded by Arizona State University, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.
The Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship
This immersive and traditional on-campus Master’s program spans a duration of 2 years and is specifically designed to train EdTech specialists for Africa.
Throughout the program, scholars have the chance to engage in part-time work with the Baobab team, allowing them to gain practical experience in executing the strategic goals of the Baobab Platform.
The Baobab Platform is an online learning community aimed at uniting more than 70,000 ambitious young African leaders from various parts of the world.
Benefits of Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship
The Scholarship includes coverage for the following expenses:
1. Visa application processing fees.
2. Fees associated with English language tests.
3. Expenses related to taking the GRE or other equivalent exams.
4. Round-trip airfare to and from Phoenix, Arizona.
5. Full tuition, including books and fees.
6. Housing accommodations.
7. Involvement in Scholarship programming activities.

Eligibility for Scholarship
1. Prospective applicants should express their interest in applying for one of the eligible programs mentioned earlier.
2. Prospective applicants should meet the academic requirements for admission to their desired degree program, which includes a proficient command of the English language.
3. Prospective applicants must hold citizenship in an African country.
4. Prospective applicants must fall within the age range of 18 to 35 prior to the application deadline.
5. Prospective applicants must demonstrate a history of leadership and community service.
6. Prospective applicants must provide evidence of limited financial resources, showing a lack of funding from family or other sources to pursue postgraduate education within their home country or elsewhere.
7. Prospective applicants must possess an undergraduate degree acquired through a minimum of 4 years of study.
8. Prospective applicants must not have initiated or completed any previous graduate degrees before August 2023.
9. Prospective applicants must be able to reside in Phoenix, Arizona throughout the entire program duration.
