Controlled by the Delaware Department of Education, the Diamond State Merit Scholarship is conferred upon 50 high school seniors statewide for $1,250 per year.

For 31 years, the Flinn Foundation has provided lucrative academic scholarships for Arizona’s 20 highest-achieving high school seniors who will attend the state’s three public colleges. The financial package covers tuition, fees, room and board, and two studies abroad trip for $115,000 total.
