The scholarship program provided by the Department of Health (DOH) extends financial aid to qualified individuals who are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in disciplines related to healthcare.

Required Documents
The application necessitates the submission of the following documents:
1. A fully filled-out application form.
2. Two passport-sized ID photos (2×2).
3. Submission of an authenticated copy of the birth certificate is compulsory.

4. An authenticated true copy of the high school diploma or transcript of records.
5. A certificate attesting to good moral character.

Educational Requirements
To be deemed eligible, applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
1. The applicant must hold Filipino citizenship.
2. The applicant should have completed high school or be in the process of graduating, with a minimum general weighted average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent.
3. The applicant must be enrolled in or have intentions to enroll in a healthcare-related course or program recognized by the Department of Health (DOH) at an accredited institution.
4. The applicant must not have received a failing grade or an incomplete grade in any subject during the preceding semester or term.
Benefits of a DOH Scholarship
The DOH scholarship program provides financial assistance to support the payment of tuition fees and other educational expenses.
