E-waste Scholarship 2021/2022 Application Portal Updates.

E-waste Scholarship 2021: This scholarship is for high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors, and for students currently enrolled in college or graduate school. Home schooled students are also eligible.

Applicants must be US citizens or legal residents. To apply, applicants must submit an application form including an 140-character message about e-waste.

About E-Waste Scholarship 2021

This scholarship helps students understand the impact of e-waste and what can be done to reduce e-waste. Who may enter: High school freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors; current or entering college or graduate school students of any level.

Home-schooled students are also eligible. There is no age limit. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. How to apply: Complete the online application form including a 140-character message about e-waste. The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists.

The finalists will be asked to write a full length 500- to 1,000-word essay about e-waste. Only online applications are accepted. Deadline: Annually on April 30 Awards: The winner will receive a $1,500 scholarship, and the runner-up will receive a $500 scholarship.

How we’ll select the winner: We’ll select the 10 finalists based on the content of the 140-character message. The winner and runner-up will be selected based on the content and creativity of the 500- to 1,000-word essay.

Award notification: Finalists will be notified by email. Winners will be notified by email and postal mail.
