Foot Locker Scholarship 2023, which is fully funded by Foot Locker Foundation, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

The Foot Locker Scholarship 2023

The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes program recognizes student-athletes who exhibit outstanding academic prowess and exceptional leadership qualities both in their chosen sports and in their schools and communities.

Eligible applicants are required to actively participate in high school sports, intramural sports, or community-based sports. Additionally, they must hold U.S. citizenship or permanent legal residency.

Award Amount

Each recipient of the scholarship receives $25,000, resulting in a total of $500,000 in scholarship funds awarded.

Eligibility for Scholarship

In order to qualify for the scholarship, you must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Plan to enroll as a freshman at a four-year accredited institution for an undergraduate degree, starting in the fall following high school graduation.

2. Currently participate in high school sports, intramural sports, or community-based sports.

3. Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.

4. Hold U.S. citizenship or permanent legal residency. Proof of citizenship and age may be requested if selected as a recipient.

5. Submit either a video or an essay as part of your application.

6. Not be employed as an employee, officer, or director of Foot Locker, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, and not be an immediate family member of such individuals.

7. Submit your application by January 30. The application process opens in mid-December.

4. Intend to pursue a degree at a two-year or four-year educational institution.

6. Demonstrate a commitment to empowering your community.

7. Applicants cannot be employed as an employee, officer, or director of Foot Locker, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, nor can they be an immediate family member of such individuals.
