ICCR Scholarship 2023 Application Update

ICCR Scholarship, which is fully funded and sponsored by the Indian Government, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

The ICCR scholarship, administered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations on behalf of the Ministry of External Affairs, is a fully funded program for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Eligibility for ICCR Scholarship

To be eligible for the Indian Government Scholarship program, prospective candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

1. For those applying for doctoral or post-doctoral courses, a synopsis of the proposed research area must be included in their application.

2. Students pursuing performing arts should ideally include video or audio recordings of their previous performances.

3. The candidate should possess a proficient command of the English language.

4. Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously studied in India.

5. The scholarship will be granted only after the candidate has been admitted to a program by the ICCR.

6. Students must have the appropriate visa, and should ensure that they obtain the correct visa from the Indian Embassy/High Commission.
