KAS Scholarship Program 2023 Application Update
Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAS) is currently open for applications from suitably qualified students for their KAS Scholarship Program. The scholarship is fully-funded and it is meant for all students.
KAS Scholarship Program
Students majoring in law, journalism, public management, political science, international relations, conflict studies, peacebuilding, ethics, and history at a Zimbabwean University are the target audience for the scholarship program.
Aim and Benefits of KAS Scholarship Program
The scholarship program includes:
1. full tuition and examination fees for your study from your admission day to the rest of the days of the program.
2. the cost of accommodation on campus or the contribution of a sum to the cost of getting accommodation off-campus.
3. a stipend for access to the internet, purchase of books, and transportation fare.
4. being a part of the KAS Scholarship Alumni Network and participating in the activities of the foundation in the country and internationally.

Requirements for KAS Scholarship Program
Scholarship applicants should:
1. have schooled for up to two years;
2. Prove above-average academic performance;
3. Be actively engaged in voluntary work;
4. have a wide scope of general education and should also be interested in politics;
5. appreciate democracy and human rights;
6. articulate their personal principles and should be tolerant;
7. have the motivation and conviction enough to influence others to facilitate their goals.
Documents Required for Application
1. Filled-out the application form.
2. A cover letter (max. 1 page).
3. present a well-written and tabularized resume in which details of your previous job or social commitment are included and it should cover two pages maximum.
4. Copy of your latest transcript.
5. An informal academic or employment/volunteer letter of recommendation (this can be a copy of an Email from an official university/organizational Email-account). Notably, the letter should contain details of your qualifications and skills.
