Eligibility Criteria
1. To be considered for a study program at KLU (BSc/MSc), ensure that you submit a fully completed application.
Please note that incomplete applications or applications from international applicants (non-EU) who have not yet paid the application fee will not be considered.

2. A minimum overall GPA of 2.0 (German equivalent) is required for admission.
If you are uncertain about how to convert your international grade and have already been accepted to study at KLU, you may contact us to inquire whether you meet the GPA requirement.
3. To apply for a scholarship, please complete the scholarship application form.
Be sure to indicate the specific scholarship you wish to apply for and provide any relevant additional information as required.
Document Required
1. When applying to the university, students must submit the following documents:
a) A school certificate or Bachelor’s degree, along with official transcripts of records.
b) Evidence of English language proficiency.
c) A statement of purpose.
2. Alongside the original documents, certified translations must be provided in either English or German.
