Did you know that you can indeed secure scholarships for A’levels, O’levels, and undergraduate studies in Niger State? That’s right, you certainly can.

Niger State, located in Central Nigeria, holds the distinction of being the largest state in the country. Its capital is Minna, and other prominent cities within the state include Bida, Kontagora, and Suleja.

The state was established in 1976 following the division of the former North-Western State into Niger State and Sokoto State.

Requirements for Niger State Scholarship Scheme

Before proceeding with your scholarship application, please take note of the following:

1. The primary requirement to qualify for the scholarship is that you must be a native of Delta State.

2. Be registered in a recognized institution.

3. Demonstrating good academic performance is essential.

4. Students enrolled in tertiary institutions such as universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and similar establishments are required to maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0.

5. Eligible candidates will undergo a screening process during which their credentials will be verified.

6. First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).

7. Certificate of Origin.

8. A transcript or academic record displaying your Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is required for university, polytechnic, college, school of nursing, and similar students.
