– Plateau State Government Scholarship –

The Plateau State Government is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students into their Plateau State Government Scholarship for students. It is a fully-funded scholarship for all students.

About Plateau State Government Scholarship

Plateau State is the twelfth largest state of Nigeria. Its capital is Jos. It is located approximately in the centre of the country. The state is geographically unique in Nigeria because its boundaries surround the Jos Plateau, having the entire plateau in its central and northern parts. Plateau State gets its name from the Jos Plateau.

Eligibility and Requirements

To qualify for the 2022 Plateau State government Scholarship Award Scheme, applicants must;

1. Be Plateau State indigene

2. Have Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE, including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects got in one sitting.

3. For undergraduate students, applicants must be full-time (100 LEVEL) degree students of the under-listed courses in Plateau State (University of Jos, Plateau State University, Federal College of Education, Pankshin).

 How to Apply

To qualify for consideration, applicants MUST apply with the following information:

1. Other Names.

2. Functional E-mail address and phone number.

And attach scanned copies of the original:

1. Admission letter into the institution with information on the study, year of entry and duration.

2. SSCE/GCE O’Level Certificate.

3. Evidence of State of Origin / Local Government.

4. School ID card or National ID or Driver’s Licence or International passport.
