The “Global Universities” Association in partnership with the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Education and Science is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students into their Russian Scholarship Projects for postgraduate students.
About Russian Scholarship Projects
Open Doors Russian Scholarship for International Students is offered by the “Global Universities” Association in partnership with the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Education and Science. The scholarship is available to pursue a master’s degree through a competition.
The Open Doors Academic Competition (Olympiad) is an international competition that allows you to enrol in a tuition-free Master’s program at one of Russia’s top universities. The competition is for talented international students who want to attend a Master’s program in Russia for free.
The Olympiad is being conducted by The Association of Global Universities in partnership with the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Education and Science, as well as the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudichestvo).

Winners and runner-ups to study at any Russian university, with tuition fees covered by the state, which implies a 100% discount on tuition + a governmental scholarship.
