Luckily, a lot of companies and organizations want to help you, they offer various grants and scholarship opportunities for students like you. Take advantage of these opportunities and apply to as many as you can to earn up some money.

To get you started, we have devised a quick list of scholarships you may be eligible for.

1. Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship

The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship is open to current high school seniors who are currently enrolled in or who have completed an advanced placement computer science course or who have taken an advanced placement computer science test.

Be planning to enrol in a full-time undergraduate program majoring in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or other computer-related fields of study and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in order to be considered for this award.

2. Girls Impact the World Film Festival Scholarship

The Girls Impact the World Film Festival Scholarship is available to full-time high school and undergraduate students who are ages 25 and under.

To be considered, you must submit an original, three – to six-minute short film that addresses global women’s issues such as education for girls, maternal health, violence against women and girls, or a variety of other issues.

3. Orange Scholars Program

Orange Scholars Program

The Orange Scholars Program is open to high school seniors and current college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

You must be a dependent of an hourly associate of The Home Depot and its subsidiaries to be eligible for this award.

➢ Available to: College Freshmen through College Juniors

➢ Award Amount: $2,500

4. Live Más Scholarship

➢ Available to: Students ages 16-24

➢ Award Amount: $5,000 up to $25,000

The Live Más Scholarship is available to innovators, creators, and dreamers between the ages of 16 and 24. To be considered, you must create and submit a video of up to two minutes in length that tells the story of your life’s passion.

5. Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship

The Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship is available to high school, undergraduate, or graduate students.

You must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and submit a 140-character message that relates to technology addiction to qualify for this award.

➢ Award Amount: $1,000

6. TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship

TheDream.US Opportunity Scholarship

The Dream.US Opportunity Scholarship is available to students who have or will graduate from a high school in a locked-out state (AK, AR, GA, Idaho, ID, IA, LA, MO, MS, NC, ND, SC, SD, WV, and WI) who are willing to attend Eastern Connecticut State University, Delaware State University, Western Oregon University, Christian Brothers University, or Trinity Washington University.

You must have a minimum GPA of 2.8, be DACA or TPS eligible, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

7. Travel Is Education Scholarship

The Travel Is Education Scholarship is open to U.S. students in grades 6 through 12. You must submit two-dimensional artwork, photos, or writing (maximum one page) on the theme of “Becoming a Global Citizen”.

Sample topics are available on the Web site provided. You must be travelling on an ACIS tour between October 15, 2020, through October 14, 2021, in order to qualify for this award.

8. Cox Scholars College Scholarship

The Cox Scholars College Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors in Southern California who live in a Cox service area.

You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

➢ Available to: High School Seniors in CA Counties: Orange, San Diego, Santa Barbara

➢ Award Amount: $5,000
