11. Nancy Penn Lyons Scholarship Fund

Scholarships are awarded on a nondiscriminatory basis after a careful review of eligible applications.

12. Utah New Century Scholarship Program

The Utah State Board of Regents oversees the administration of the New Century Scholarship.
