ExxonMobil Scholarship 2023 Application Form Portal Updates

ExxonMobil Scholarship, which is fully funded by ExxonMobil, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

ExxonMobil Scholarship

ExxonMobil is offering scholarships to Nigerian students, providing them with financial support to pursue undergraduate courses at Nigerian universities.

This initiative aims to promote educational development and enhance human capacity building.

Mobil Producing Nigeria, the operator of the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture, grants annual scholarships to deserving students in Nigerian universities.

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their scholarship applications before the specified deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

1. For eligibility, the applicant should be a resident of Nigeria and possess an SSCE certificate or an equivalent qualification.

They should have successfully passed at least six subjects in a single sitting, with a minimum of five distinctions.

2. To apply, candidates must be enrolled as full-time undergraduates in their first or second year at any Nigerian university.

3. Individuals who are already receiving scholarships of a similar nature from other oil and gas companies are not required to apply.

4. The scholarship is not available to individuals who are dependents of employees employed by Mobil Producing Nigeria, Mobil Oil Nigeria plc, and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited.

Supporting Documents

1. Proof of SSCE result or an equivalent qualification.

2. Documentation of admission into a Nigerian university.

3. Verification of the current year of study.

4. Valid University Identity Card.

5. Recent passport photographs.

6. Certificate of State of Origin acquired from the relevant Local Government Area, appropriately signed by the Chairman or Secretary.

Selection Process

Some of the applicants will be selected for the ExxonMobil scholarship award, and those students must bring the original and a photocopy of the following documents for screening before taking the qualifying test.
