Adekunle Ajasin University’s authorities have enabled the AAUA Student Portal. And the goal of this portal is to make academic activities more convenient for students. AAUA is a Nigerian university that is owned and run by the state government.

Also, the university is in Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. Additionally, they have a portal where students and members of the public can learn more about the school.

Adekunle Ajasin University?

Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA) was first established as Obafemi Awolowo University in March 1982 by the government of the old Ondo State, headed by the late Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin.

However, the immediately succeeding military government of Navy Commodore Michael Bamidele Otikochanged its name to Ondo State University in 1985.

Its relocation to Akungba Akoko in the new Ondo State became imperative in 1999.

They signed the bill backing the relocation into law by the then Governor of the State, Chief Adebayo Adefarati, in November 1999.

And that prompted the movement of a crop of workers from the old site in Ado-Ekiti to Akungba Akoko on 1 December 1999.

Importance of AAUA Student Portal

The AAUA Student portal is created for old and prospective Students of the University. Also, it is to create an account or log in to perform certain academic actions at ease. Example:

1. Payment of school fees.

2. Also, checking of results.

3. Additionally, admission form application.

4. Furthermore, checking admission requirements.

5. Also, checking programmes duration.

6. Plus, admission letter download and how you can calculate your points (GP & CGPA), as well as other learning-related activities.

For the AAUA student portal for undergraduate (UTME/DE students) acceptance fees payment procedure, you can visit http://eportal.aaua.edu.ng/frontend/.

AAUA Student Portal for Registration Procedure and Payment of Acceptance Fees

1. Visit http://eportal.aaua.edu.ng/frontend/.And go to Quick Links->Admission Status->Check Admission Status.

2. However, for a fresh candidate that has no account, click on “Create an account” link.

3. Also, enter your UTME registration number to verify that you have paid and confirmed your acceptance fee. However, for those who have not confirmed their acceptance fees, click “confirm payment” link.

4. Furthermore, if verification in (ii) above is successful, you will be taken to account creation page to create your account.

5. Also, fill the account creation form appropriately and submit. Your login credentials will be sent to your phone and email address immediately. You will then be directed to the login page to continue your registration.

Note

Use your personal phone number and email address. As these will be the channel of communicating to you throughout your stay in the University.

6. Also, login with your username and password to start your registration.

7. The Data forms are grouped into five (5) sections. Please fill carefully and appropriately.

8. There are important documents needed for upload to complete your registration are. They are: Birth certificate, certificate of origin, court affidavit (Optional) and attestation letter.

9. Also, JAMB admission letter (optional), passport and O’level result(s). Direct entry candidates in addition, are required to upload their ND/NCE/IJMB result. However, all these should be scanned in JPEG image format.

Note

Candidates with no JAMB admission letter should report to the University admission office on resumption.

10. After completing the registration, note. Please carefully go through the forms again before you click on “Finalize submission”.

11. Click on “Finalise submission” to complete and submit your registration. A preview or report page will be displayed.

12. Print the preview page and check the screening remark below the print out.

13. Students who passed the screening can proceed to the bank for school fees payment.

14. eTranzact receipt for school fee payment obtained from the bank is important. It will be used for school fees payment verification and course registration on the portal.

AAUA Student Portal for Undergraduate (UTME/De Students) Acceptance Fees Payment Procedure

1. Visit http://eportal.aaua.edu.ng/frontend/.

2. Check your Admission Status by clicking on the Admission Status button on the portal landing page. OR on the portal landing page aaua.edu.ng. And go to Quick Links->Admission Status->Check Admission Status.

3. Also, supply your UTME/DE Registration Number and click on Submit button. However, if you have been offered admission, a popup window will be displayed with a congratulatory message.

4. Furthermore, visit any bank nationwide that is closer to you. Obtain the teller and fill the teller as instructed in Step 2 above.

5. Also, tell the cashier or the teller that you want to make payment for Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Acceptance fees on eTranzact Platform.

6. Additionally, after payment, make sure you wait and collect your eTranzact Payment Receipt. This is important as it is your access to printing your admission letter.

7. After obtaining your eTranzact payment receipt, note. Go online again and confirm the Acceptance Fees Payment you have made in the bank.

This is necessary to ensure that you are the real owner of the eTranzact Payment Receipt.

8. However, to confirm the acceptance, click on Quick Links->Acceptance Fee Payment->Confirm Acceptance Fees.

9. Also, on the Acceptance Fees Confirmation page, note. You are to supply your UTME/DE Registration Number and the Confirmation Order Number on your eTranzact Payment Receipt you obtained from the bank.

And then click on Submit button to confirm your acceptance fees payment.

10. Furthermore, once successful, note. You will be redirected to the page where you will be able to print your admission letter.

11. On the Admission Letter page, supply your UTME/DE Registration Number. And click on Submit to view and print your Interim Admission Letter.

How to Utilize AAUA Official Email Services

It is mandatory for all students to make use of the official email which would be given to them after the matriculation ceremony.

They give the format of the email address as student matric no@aaua.edu.ng, for example; [email protected].

1. After matriculation, they will assign the above example of the official email address to students who have got their matric number. (Note:- This official email differs from the email used during the bio-data registration process)

2. Also, students are to log on to www.mail.aaua.edu.ng and type in their username i.e. student matric [email protected] followed by a default password which would be sent to students’ phone number via SMS.

3. Additionally, after login in, you will be required to change the default password to a personal password.

N.B: The official email shall be used throughout students’ stay on campus till graduation. It would also be used for class assignments and other relevant academic purposes.

How to Access the AAUA Student Portal Helpdesk

1. Please read through the following steps in order to utilize the AAUA Helpdesk: Go to www.aaua.freshdesk.com and click on Login.

2. Next is to click on ‘login using google’.

3. Also, enter your official email address already created for you, i.e. Your Matric No or [email protected] as your Username followed by your Password. (Note: – You do not need to sign up)

4. Additionally, add and submit an extra ticket; stating your request/complaint (An administrator at ICTAC AAUA will respond to your request shortly).

5. Also, visit www.mail.aaua.edu.ng and login with your official email. That is Your Matric No or [email protected] as your Username followed by your Password.

6. Then, check your inbox to find a support ticket link number for you to track and know the status of the ticket you posted earlier

7. Once your request has been treated, you will receive a mail in response to that effect accordingly.

Note

You do not need to visit the ICTAC AAUA unless otherwise stated by the Administrator in the response to your ticket.

Also, students who sign up or login with any other email address besides the official AAUA email address given to them will be discarded).

Undergraduate School Fees Payment Procedure (Returning Students)

1. All Returning students must view and print their School Fees Payment Invoice to know how much they are paying and how to fill the teller and make the payment at the bank.

2. To view/print school fees payment invoice, on the portal landing page, go to Quick Links->Print School Fees Invoice->Print School Fees Invoice

3. However, on the Print School Fees Invoice interface, supply your Matric Number. If found on the school fees payment setup, then the school fee payment invoice is displayed for viewing and printing.

If not found, it means you cannot pay at the bank.

4. Also, please contact the ICTAC department of the institution and register your complaints. In this case, we will want to see you in person to resolve the issue and you will view your invoice and make a school fees payment.

5. Visit any bank nationwide that is closer to you. Obtain the teller and fill the teller as instructed in Step 2 above.

6. Also, tell the cashier or the teller that you want to make payment for Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba School Fees on eTranzact Platform. After payment, make sure you wait and collect your eTranzact Payment Receipt.

Undergraduate School Fees Payment Procedure (Returning Students): More Steps

1. After obtaining your eTranzact payment receipt, go online again and confirm the School Fees Payment you have made in the bank.

However, to confirm the school fees, click on Quick Links->School Fees Payment->Confirm School Fees.

2. Also, on the School Fees Confirmation page, Supply your Matric Number and the Confirmation Order Number on your eTranzact Payment Receipt you obtained from the bank and click on Submit button to confirm your school fees payment.

3. Additionally, once successful, you will be redirected to the page where you will be able to login to your account.

4. On the Login to your account interface, if you have created an account before, just login with your username and password but you don’t have account before, click on “Create an account” link.

5. Also, verify School fees payment will be displayed. Supply your Matric Number and click on Submit button.

6. If you have confirmed your school fees payment before, then you will be allowed to create an Account and SMS of your login credential.

Please ensure that during account creation, you supply a functioning mobile set number and email address.

7. log in to your account with your username and password and fill all necessary forms and submit.
