The Cork University Business School is composed of 120 permanent professors and academic lecturers.

72% of the core faculty members hold a doctoral degree. Leaders in their chosen fields, the CUBS faculty are international business experts and specialists that are actively engaged in consultancy and business relevant research working closely with global leading companies and policy makers, to bring their expertise into the classroom, research centers and projects.

Why study at cork university business school?

Effective from January 2015, CUBS was given its current recognition as the stand-alone Cork University Business School.

However, the school has a history that stretches back over 150 years, to the formation of University College Cork (UCC) as Queen’s College Cork, part of the Queen’s University Ireland, in 1845.

Today, CUBS is a key part of UCC’s academic offering with its activities at a level one would expect of a university with a history and tradition of international-class teaching and research.
