Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti was established as Obafemi Awolowo University, Ado-Ekiti. The EKSU Portal Login is created for old and prospective Students of the University. Also, it is to create an account or log in to perform certain academic actions at ease. EKSU Cut off Mark

The  Jamb fixed cut-off mark for EKSU is 180. Candidates with higher scores are first considered in admission basics candidates with lower scores though might meet the cut off mark of 180 may likely not be admitted. In fact, it is the higher your scores, the higher the chance of being admitted.

EKSU Nature of Admission Screening

The Ekiti State University holds her admission screening exercises within a week or couple of weeks and it usually comes in two phases. Students who applied to study in the school are to proceed with the pre-screening exercise when once it is being announced. Documents required for the pre-screening exercise are SSCE result and JAMB registration printout only. It is often important that a candidate arrive early and locate his/her screening venue early. Candidates will be screen on the JAMB scores and their SSCE result The second phase of the screening is after the admission lists might have been released. Candidates who have merited admission will be invited for another screening exercise.

EKSU UTME Admission Requirements

To gain admission into the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti in 2021, UTME candidates must meet the following requirements: ➛ Candidates must have reached the age of 16. ➛ Candidates must have at least 6 (six) “Cs (Credits)” grades in their O’level result (s). This must include English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects related to their course of study. For instance, a Candidate that wants to study law must have a “C” in English Language, Mathematics, Government/History, Economics, and Literature in English. ➛ Candidates must score at least 180in the JAMB UTME examination ➛ Candidates must take the EKSU post UTME screening examination and must perform very well in the examination(Depending on the course of study) ➛ Not more than ONE sitting results is accepted for admission into the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti (EKSU) ➛ Candidates must choose the correct subject combination for their courses. ➛ Finally, candidates must meet the stipulated cutoff marks for their courses to gain admission into the university.

Ekiti State University General Admission Requirement

➛ You must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in relevant subjects which must include English Language and mathematics at GCE O’Level, WASCE, SSCE, NECO, or approved equivalents at not more than 2 sittings. ➛ If you have Teachers Grade II (TC II) with passes at credit or merit levels in conjunction with credit passes in relevant subjects at GCE, WASCE, SSCE, NECO or approved equivalents may be considered. No subject may be counted at both TC II and GCE O/Level, WASCE, SSCE, NECO, or approved equivalents. ➛ You must have at least 180 pass mark in JAMB to qualify for screening by the Ekiti State University
