S/No.DescriptionDecision
1.CATEGORY 1

Students that did not pay school charges at all.

The students were supposed to have availed themselves of the opportunity of Temporary Withdrawal from studies, and if not have lost the session.
2.CATEGORY II

Students that made the first instalmental payment of their school charges and their payment had been rectified, but did not register their courses.

The ICTC should generate a list of affected students, forward same to the Department/Faculty for the release of their results.
3.CATEGORY III

Students that paid within the stipulated time but did not update their payments to enable them to register their courses..

The students concerned should check their pages on the e-campus to ascertain if such payments have been reflected. If not, such students should see the Acting Director, ICTC with evidence of payments. Thereafter, the ICTC should generate a list of the cleared students, forward same to the Department/Faculty for the release of their results upon update of their payments.
4.CATEGORY IV

Students who paid school charges within the stipulated time, the payments reflected, but did not register their courses online or did manual registration which was not forwarded to ICTC.

5.CATEGORY V

Students in Categories II- V, who had earlier applied for Temporary Withdrawal from studies, and by virture of the above decisions wish to cancel their applications, are requested to write to the University Senate through their Heads of Department who in turn will forward same to their respective Deans/Provost.
