UNIZIK Suspends Academic Activities: Nnamdi Azikiwe University Akwa (UNIZIK) has suspended all academic activities over the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) which has been declared a pandemic. Continue reading to see more details below.

Coronavirus: UNIZIK Suspends Academic Activities

In view of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission, has informed that as part of measures to contain and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus throughout the country, approval has been granted for the closure of all schools for a period of one (1) month, commencing from Monday, 23rd March, 2020.

Consequently, the University shall be closed for one (1) month as from 23rd March, 2020.

Members of staff, parents and students are advised to adhere to all prescribed preventive measures while the institution remains closed indefinitely.
