These scholarships are:
1. Remarkable Scholarship
The Griffith Remarkable Scholarship honors deserving applicants to Griffith University’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs. For exceptional students, this grant pays 50% of the cost of tuition.
2. International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship
The International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded to exceptional international applicants to Griffith University’s undergraduate and graduate programs. For exceptional students, this grant pays 25% of the cost of tuition.
3. International Student Academic Merit Scholarship
International students who apply to Griffith University’s undergraduate and graduate programs and have exceptional academic achievement are awarded the International Student Academic Merit Scholarship. 20% of high achievers’ tuition is covered by this award.
4. GELI Direct Entry Program (DEP) Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship is awarded to exceptional students enrolled in the Griffith English Language Institute Direct Entry Program.
There is a scholarship of $3,000 for exceptional Griffith College diploma students after completion of a Griffith College diploma.
5. Griffith Research Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria for Griffith University Scholarships
In order to qualify for a Griffith University Scholarship, you have to meet the requirements listed below:
1. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
2. Only citizens of countries other than Australia or New Zealand are eligible.
3. A minimum GPA of 5.5 or higher on a 7-point scale, or its equivalent, is required.
4. Application to study at Griffith must be submitted by the scholarship application deadline.
5. All academic and English language entry requirements for the chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program must be met.
6. The applicant must be a full-time student commencing in Trimester 1, 2, or 3 of 2024.

Application Deadline
For Trimester 2, 2024, the deadline for scholarship applications is April 13, 2024; for Trimester 3, 2024, it is August 10, 2024. The deadline was December 2, 2023, for Semester 1, 2024.
