1. Avengers 4 (2019)

Avengers 4

If internet gossip is to be believed, Avengers 4 would have been titled Avengers: End Game, but until an official word is gotten, it is simply referred to as Avengers 4.

After the immense cliffhanger at the end of Infinity War, we now have to endure the long wait until the next part.

An avenger 4 looks like it’s going to be both a send-off to the original incarnation of the Avengers and the start of an all-new version of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

As we are still not sure which MCU actors will be leaving the franchise, anything could and probably will happen.

The Avengers will draw together once again on May 3rd, 2019.

2. Mary Poppins Returns

Mary Poppins Returns

The standard 1964 Disney movie Mary Poppins is getting its belated sequel this year. Mary Poppins Returns stars Emily Blunt in the title role, as she returns to the Banks household to solve family differences.

The young boy from the first one, Michael, has grown up and has his own children, leading Mary Poppins, her cousin Topsy (Meryl Streep), and lamplighter Jack (Lin-Manuel Miranda) to make the home happy once more again.

3. Shazam! (2019)

 Shazam

The year 2019 is going to be the year of characters named Captain Marvel. DC and Warner Bros. will be hard at work on Shazam!

Shazam! Has the potential to be tons of fun and looks to answer the DCEU’s critics who have accused their movies of being too dark.

Shazam! Hits theaters April 5th, 2019!

4. Aquaman

Best Asian Movies

No matter your feelings on the negotiated Justice League, most can agree that Jason Momoa’s Aquaman was one of the better parts.

The first trailer is programmed to hit during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, but rumor has it that the movie is testing through the roof behind the scenes.

The DCEU has had a particularly mixed reception from audiences, but Aqua man could prove that Wonder Woman wasn’t a fluke and that the DC Extended Universe is back on track.

5. The Irishman (2019)

The Irishman

Martin Scorsese is one of cinema’s greats for some few reasons. Not only is he responsible for iconic movies like Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, and Gangs of New York, but he’s remained at the top of his game in the past years.

The Irishman refers to Frank Sheeran (DeNiro) recalling his involvement in the loss of Jimmy Hoffa (Pacino).

It’s already looking to be something unique and the good news for couch potatoes is that it’ll hit Netflix at some point next year.

6. BumbleBee

BumbleBee

Bumblebee is a prologue to the 2007 movie and focuses on the lovable Autobot meeting a teenage girl named Charlie Watson (Hailee Steinfeld).

As Bumblebee is technically an alien attacker, he and Charlie are hunted by government forces led by Burns (John Cena).

Although Bumblebee has a ton of action, none of it seems to be the city-leveling mega destruction seen in previous Transformers movies.

7. Captain Marvel (2019)

Captain Marvel

With Captain Marvel already being the next hyped large event movie for the MCU, fans are more nervous than ever to see Brie Larson in action as Carol Danvers.

Captain Marvel apparently lends elements from the Kree-Skrull War comic storyline, but as we’re yet to even see a trailer, only speculation exists about anything further.

Captain Marvel opens March 8th, 2019.

8. Glass (2019)

For the rest of you, wasn’t it wonderful when Split turned out to be a sequel to Unbreakable? Well, 2019’s Glass is looking to combine the two movies casts meaning that James McAvoy will be sharing the screen with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson.

9. Spider-Mna: Far From Home (2019)

Best Asian Movies

Tom Holland’s Peter Parker may not have fared too well in Infinity War, but that’s not preventing him from appearing in Homecoming sequel Far From Home.

Far From Home will apparently take the web-slinger overseas on a European field trip, with filming beginning in London, England this month.

We know that Holland, Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, and also Jacob Batalon are set to return, but the big question is over the movie’s villain.

Rumors suggest that Jake Gyllenhaal will be playing Mysterio, but nothing has been publically confirmed, although we hope the rumors are true.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is programmed for a July 5th release next year.

10. Once Upon A Time in Hollywood (2019)

Best Asian Movies

We’ve remarked on great casts a few times in this list, but Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood may have them all beat.

For those keeping score at home, the ensemble cast is encompassed of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Al Pacino, Burt Reynolds, Margot Robbie, Dakota Fanning, James Marsden, Clifton Collins Jr., Michael Madsen, and Timothy Olyphant, to name just a fraction.

A new Tarantino show is always worth a look, but considering that this one has enough star power to light several cities, it’s looking like a must watch.

We still have a long wait for this one, though, as Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is slated for an August 2019 release.
