College Relief Fund Scholarship 2023 Application Update

College Relief Fund Scholarship, which is fully funded and sponsored by the College Relief Fund Initiative, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

The College Relief Fund Scholarship

The College Relief Fund (CRF) is an extensive fundraising program created to offer long-term financial assistance and opportunities to young individuals seeking to pursue a high-quality post-secondary education in Nigeria.

Aim of College Relief Fund Scholarship

Our aim and vision for the near future will persist even as we approach our initial funding target.

However, we have realized that in order to better serve the communities in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, we need to relocate to a more unrestricted environment where local authorities won’t frequently meddle with our values of honesty and fairness in our scholarship process.

This relocation will enable us to streamline our African operations without any bias towards any particular country.

Therefore, we would like to inform all our present and future applicants that the College Relief Fund Initiative will be moving to the United States of America.

Need-Based Scholarship

Although we are close to reaching our initial funding target, our vision and goals for the future will remain unchanged.

However, we have recognized that to enhance our service to the Nigerian and other African communities, we must shift to a more permissive environment, free from local authorities’ interference with our values of integrity and impartiality in the scholarship process.

This transition will enable us to centralize our African operations, without any preference for one country over another.

As a result, we would like to inform all present and future applicants that the College Relief Fund Initiative will be relocating to the United States of America.

Guide for Successful Scholarship Application

1. Registration

To gain access to the complete features of your dashboard, you will need to create a username and password.

If you have not yet signed up, please visit the login page and make sure that your email is active, as a link to activate your account will be sent to you.

However, if you have already registered and have your login details, you can skip this step and ensure that you are logged in to your account.

2. Login

To utilize the Scholarship Application process entirely, it is necessary to be logged in.

You can log in by clicking on the login button located at the top of the page and then providing your username and password.

Note:

If the login page keeps refreshing without logging you in, we suggest using an alternative browser, device, or switching to a different data network.

The same applies if you encounter any issues while attempting to reset your password.

Additionally, if you are using the Chrome browser, please make sure to disable “lite mode” to ensure a more seamless experience.

Your Dashboard

By clicking on the flip boxes labeled ENROL, REFER, and PRE-SELECTION in your dashboard, you can access additional information related to each of them.

1. Enrol

Completing this step is crucial in the scholarship application process and is expected to take about 5 minutes of your time.

It involves submitting your personal, academic, family, and expenditure information, which is necessary for the successful completion of your application.

It’s essential to provide accurate and truthful information as it will be subject to verification.

2. Refer

We urge you to recommend any of your friends or classmates who require an academic scholarship.

By doing so, you may qualify for a chance to win data or airtime prizes, which will be awarded randomly to selected successful referrals.

3. Pre-selection

The Pre-Selection Flip Box cannot be controlled by you and will always appear in orange color. It will only change when there is a change in your application status.

Your status can be one of three options: “Pre-Selected,” “Wait-List,” or “Ineligible.”

If you are “Pre-Selected,” you will receive an invitation to take an Aptitude Test and provide verification documents.

This process is free of charge. If your status is “Wait-List,” it may later change to “Pre-Selected” depending on availability.

1. There are no charges for enrolling in the scholarship program.

2. The verification of documents and aptitude test are also provided without any cost.

3. It is important to carefully read and adhere to all instructions and furnish accurate information.

4. It is recommended to frequently check your email and dashboard for any new notifications.

5. Avoid any attempts to gain an unfair advantage through bribery or cheating.
