• Applicants must be international fee-paying students
• Applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling with good grades.
• Applicants must have applied or applying to Newcastle University, United Kingdom.
• Applicants must have a minimum English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5
• Applicants must be a minimum of 17 years old.

♠ If my application is not successful, can I ask for feedback?

Unfortunately, due to the large number of applications that we receive, we are unable to give individual feedback to unsuccessful students.

♠ Can I apply for a Tuition Free International Scholarships if I am a current Newcastle University student?

You can apply if you are progressing from a Newcastle University undergraduate degree to a master’s degree.  You cannot apply if you have already started your course.

♠ When will I find out if I have been offered a Tuition Free International Scholarships?

Applicants will be notified no later than one month after the scholarship deadline. This will be by email using the email address on your application.

♠ Can I defer my Tuition Free Scholarships?

No, you cannot defer your Tuition Free International Scholarships. You can defer your course application and will be welcome to reapply for the scholarship but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the scholarship, even if you have been successful in a previous application.

How to Apply.

To apply for the scholarship you will need to: Fill in the scholarship application form, and send with the documents below to [email protected] by 31 July (for September start) or 31 October (for January start).

The following are required during application:

• Letter of offer
• Latest academic transcript
• Evidence of English proficiency
• One page personal statement

All applications will be reviewed by a scholarship panel and successful applicants will be notified via the email address provided on the scholarship application.
