Victoria University of Wellington has recently unveiled the Wellington Tangiwai School Leaver Scholarship 2023 for Excellence, inviting applications from students.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Prospective candidates applying for this scholarship must be either New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents, or International Students who have successfully completed a minimum of two full years (specifically, Year 12 and Year 13) at a Secondary School in New Zealand by the time of application.
2. Applicants are required to hold an NCEA Level 2 Certificate, accompanied by a Year 12 endorsement of Excellence (or exhibit an equivalent level of accomplishment in an alternative qualification).
3. Those interested in availing themselves of this opportunity should have the intention to pursue full-time enrollment in their first undergraduate degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington in the subsequent academic year.
4. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must currently be in Year 13 or have successfully completed Year 13 in the previous year and have decided to take a gap year.
