Bachelor Degree;

1. BBA in Global Management:

The BBA in Global Management allows its students to obtain a recognized double degree: the North Carolina State University (NCSU) bachelor’s degree or the bachelor’s degree from the partner university in the case of a double-diploma transfer programme
or SKEMA’s American bachelor’s degree in the case of a one-year stay (or more) on the Raleigh campus

These qualifications lead to direct entry in the job market, or to higher levels​ of education such as masters of science degrees.

With the BBA in Global Management, you will develop qualities that will stand you in​ good stead for your career. This qualification is a well-recognized standard among companies which recruit in an international environment. The SKEMA BBA has the “Visa” meaning that it is officially recognized by the French state as four​ years of study. It is worth 24​0 ECTS credits.

A bachelor’s degree allows entry directly into the workplace or entry into a higher level course such as a master of science, which, after 12 to 18 months of study, leads to a master’s degree (‘bac+5’).

Programme Admission Procedure

The admissions procedure comprises five distinct parts:​

The school offers two intakes in the school year, one in September and the other in January.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a French general baccalaureate or an equivalent foreign diploma (12 years of primary and secondary school).

  1.  Academic dossier (transcripts from the two last years of school, CV, cover letter)
  2. Extra-curricular portfolio: reference letters, activity reports for voluntary work and other, sports results, artistic work, other diplomas, and other relevant documents.
  3. Test TAGE post-bac®: for French-speaking students who are resident in France ​only
  4. English: optional for first-year entry
  5. Interview

Programme Tuition Fee

Tuition fees;

  1. Each year spent on a SKEMA campus or on an exchange: €9,950 (for those entering: autumn 2019 and spring 2020); January 2019 intake, fees: €9733
  2. The year spent at a partner university (2-year Mobility Track): €1,050  + tuition fees of the partner university​ (for those entering: autumn 2018 intake; contact us for fees concerning those entering in January 2018)
  3. Application fee: €60

The programme fee for the SKEMA Executive MBA is €32,000.

3. Ph.D. in Finance and Accounting:

The Ph.D. in Finance & Accounting is a very selective, four-year, full-time programme. It forms part of the activities of the FAIRR (Finance and Accounting Insights on Risk and Regulation) Research Centre.

It is designed to provide doctoral students with a solid education in areas needed to carry out cutting-edge research. Students take advanced courses designed to help them to do theoretical and empirical research in corporate finance.

The programme further offers seminars, reading programmes and research workshops. All the courses and seminars are held in English.

Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance Application Requirements

Admission to the programme is based on a previously completed master degree (or equivalent). Applicants should be fully operational in written and spoken English and must be submitted by the end of May and the programme starts in September.

Application Assessment

The applicants are assessed by a selection committee. On the basis of the committee’s assessment, the Ph.D. programme director decides who should be accepted in the Ph.D. programme. Decisions on who should be offered Ph.D. scholarship(s)/assistantship(s) is determined by an external committee.

Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance Tuition Fee

The fee is payable for the first three years. Thereafter, a reduced rate is charged. For the 2018/2019 academic year, the annual fee is €5,000. The fee may be waived for the most qualified candidates.
