1. Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all branches represent the Hans & Rene brand, coordinating staff to ensure delivery of first class customer service and ensuring smooth overall operations of store/outlet they are responsible for.

Key Objectives:

  • Coordinating daily front and back end operations of all outlets
  • Supervising staff and area to ensure customer satisfaction within outlets
  • Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all outlets

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Daily Shop running
  • Staff Coordination
  • Customer Service Interaction
  • General Shop Operations

Reporting Relationships:

  • Functional Reports to: F&B Manager
  • Supervisees: all Restaurant front-end staff

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Consumer feedback
  • Restaurant staff performance
  • Restaurant outlet maintenance
  • Stock availability at outlets
  • Timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements/Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • OND or equivalent
  • Experience as a restaurant, Service or Hospitality field manager

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospitality management training.

2. Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the back and front end of all outlets. The manager coordinates overall operations and ensures that the outlets are working efficiently and effectively. They serve as the interface between the outlets and other departments i.e. bakery, logistics, operations.

Key Objectives

  • Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all outlets
  • Ensure company is represented correctly and standards are upheld
  • Supervising Coordination of daily front and backend operations of all outlets

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Staff Coordination
  • General Operations
  • Customer service

Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is in charge of the general flow of delivery, maintenance of delivery vehicles and supervision of drivers and dispatch riders.

  • Managing flow of delivery
  • Overseeing staff and equipment transport to events and outlets
  • Supervising logistics staff
  • Vehicle maintenance
