Clarendon Scholarship, which is fully funded by the University of Oxford is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

The Clarendon Scholarship

Each year, the Clarendon Fund provides approximately 140 comprehensive scholarships to exceptional graduate students worldwide.

These scholarships, known as the Clarendon Scholarships, are granted to individuals based on their outstanding academic achievements and potential in any graduate-level subject at the University of Oxford.

Recipients of these prestigious scholarships receive full coverage for tuition and college fees, along with a substantial living expenses allowance.

All graduate applicants who submit their applications for study at the University by the January deadline will be automatically considered for this esteemed scholarship funding.

Benefits of Clarendon Scholarship

1. The cost of tuition for master’s and DPhil programs will be taken care of.

2. Students will receive yearly allowances to cover their living expenses.

3. Scholars will join the Clarendon Scholar’s Association.

4. Scholars will have the opportunity to explore symposia, cultural venues such as theaters, and historical sites.

Eligibility Criteria for Clarendon Scholarship

1. Applications are welcome from students of all nationalities, races, ethnicities, and genders.

2. There are no restrictions on the field of study for this scholarship.

3. Prospective students must secure admission to Oxford University for a graduate program, either a master’s or DPhil degree.


4. Current master’s students who wish to pursue an additional part-time master’s or part-time DPhil at Oxford may also be eligible for scholarships. (The student must currently be enrolled at Oxford).

5. Post-graduate and diploma courses do not qualify for this scholarship.

6. Priority is given to students who demonstrate potential academic merit and a strong aptitude for their chosen courses.

7. Candidates are encouraged to select the program that aligns with their interests.

8. All interested applicants are advised to first apply for admission to the master’s or doctoral program at the university.

9. Upon applying for admission, candidates will automatically be considered for the scholarship.
