E-Districts Scholarships, which is fully funded and sponsored by the Government of India, is presently accepting applications from eligible students.

In order to offer social security and welfare to economically disadvantaged and weaker section students, the Central Government has initiated the E District Scholarship.

Additionally, the government has mandated a complete reimbursement of tuition fees for high-achieving students.

The E District Scholarship has been implemented to benefit those students who aspire to pursue technical and management careers and enable them to access scholarship funds.

Eligible students from Delhi and Tamilnadu states may apply for scholarships to undertake specific courses outlined by the government.

Here is a list of the benefits of the E District Scholarship:

1. Students from under-reserved and disadvantaged communities can receive scholarship amounts through the E District Scholarship.

2. The scholarship will alleviate financial instability for students.

3. Dropout rates are expected to decrease due to the availability of financial support.

4. Students in Delhi and Tamilnadu states will receive scholarship incentives.


5. Various e-district services will be provided to facilitate the application process for the scholarship.

6. Management and technical courses will be covered by the scholarship.

7. SC/ST/OBC/EWS students will receive social security provisions.

8. Applications for the E District Scholarship can be submitted online before the launching date in February 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for online registration under the E District Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Applicants must be citizens of India.

2. Applicants must have a domicile in Delhi or Tamilnadu state.

3. Applicants must belong to reserved or disadvantaged sections or communities.

4. The parental annual income of the applicant must not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs.
