During tax season, you are to expect 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The season begins with paid coaching which consists of sessions starting from November to January, and the season ends in late April.
There are several established schedules that take up to the hours of 5 am-9 pm, 7 days per week. But, you may be required to take on extra shifts.
The requirements for this position are strict. They include:
